Looking at Cooking with Mildred Swift

  • 1 dozen fresh eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup whiskey
  • 1 quart whipping cream

Beat eggs until they are thick and lemon colored. Add sugar as you beat. Add whiskery slowly and continue beating. Whip the cream. Fold into the egg mixture. This is a thick nog to eat with a spoon.

Serves 12. This is my favorite. I’ve used it many years. Add more sugar if not sweet enough.
