(Peaches, Blueberry, Strawberry, etc.)
- 1 quart peaches, covered 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp almond flavor
Make batter with 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, milk, baking powder, and flavoring. Melt oleo in deep Pyrex® dish, pour batter, into melted oleo, then sweetened fruit over batter.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
